Position Summary:
We are in search of an experienced RF Systems Engineer with a strong background in high-performance materials designed for extreme operational conditions, including high power radio frequency (RF) and high energy laser (HEL) applications. This role is essential for our Engineering & Support Solutions Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and characterization of structural and functional materials using advanced modeling, simulation, and experimental techniques.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including briefings and reports, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Stay updated on advancements in high-power RF, laser, and nuclear technologies, providing insights into emerging trends.
  • Evaluate and propose innovative methodologies and analytical tools to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage customer relationships and program activities, providing expert assessments and policy recommendations on cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with SAP eligibility.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recognized expertise in the Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) domain.
  • Experience in DEW development through analysis and hardware systems.
