Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to assist in the creation and implementation of campaigns, helping promote our brand and drive engagement across all platforms. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our brand and drive engagement.
  • Create, edit, and schedule social media content to support marketing initiatives and engage with our audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral to support marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate events and campaigns, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and maximize impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities using analytics tools to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining databases to ensure efficient operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools to create marketing materials.
