Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at MaineHealth. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients in assigned clinical areas.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor nutrition team members, including Dietetic Technicians, to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research, guidelines, and best practices to inform clinical decision-making and education.
Requirements
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a closely related field and be a Registered Dietitian with a Maine State Dietitian License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nutrition experience, with a strong background in patient care and nutrition therapy.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
