Job SummaryThe Technical Business Analyst is a key role that requires expertise in designing strategies for technical projects. This position involves working with business stakeholders, technical managers, delivery managers, scrum masters, QA, and technical teams to analyze and document business processes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data systems and be able to develop innovative solutions to address business challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to collect information on business needs and translate it into technical requirements.
- Support business, product, and engineering teams on the implementation and delivery of new functionalities.
- Design technical solutions for business challenges and ensure quality and performance.
- Assist data analysts in identifying data flows and capturing technical challenges or opportunities.
- Drive clarity and achieve consensus among stakeholders around business needs and gaps.
- Assist in the end-to-end development of applications and support implementation.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade, simplify, or reuse existing data systems.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of business needs into technical terms.
- Assist in developing efficient tech policies for the organization.
- Generate periodic technical reports and ensure their accessibility to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science and at least 3 years of industry experience working with data and/or development teams. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as knowledge of agile frameworks, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will also have experience with cloud technologies, development, data warehousing principles, and methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with AWS or other cloud environment technology are a plus.
