Commercial Insurance Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level producer. This role involves driving new business generation, managing client relationships, and developing deep connections with industry leaders.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales and building relationships. You will be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and participating in leadership roles within targeted industry associations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business generation and manage the client relationship life cycle from lead generation through proposal, and from closing to post-sales servicing.
- Identify and qualify prospects to create a robust pipeline of accounts.
- Collaborate with inside and outside partners to create compelling risk management programs that win new business.
- Work closely with our President to set and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Alabama State P&C Insurance License or willingness to pursue it immediately.
- Strong interest in sales with a "hunter" sales mentality.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
