Polaris Digital and Information Technology Internship Overview

As a Digital and Information Technology Intern, you will have the opportunity to bring your education to life through real-world project work at one of the most dynamic companies in the power sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain experience and exposure across the enterprise in areas such as Predictive Data Science, Infrastructure, Information Security, Product Management, Software, and Digital Marketing Operations.
  • Participate in intentional programming designed for all interns, including mentorship, professional development, networking, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a cross-functional team to develop and propose innovative solutions to internal case studies.
  • Present your career aspirations and recap your internship experience during final presentations.
Selection Process

Applications are open from September to December 2024. You will be invited to participate in a MS TEAMS panel interview with an identified HR business partner and functional leader. Upon accepting an offer, you will partner with the Early Talent team to be matched to your specific intern role/project, team, and location through an intern matching process.

Intern Relocation Assistance

Polaris offers a relocation program for interns who qualify through Weichert Workforce Mobility. To qualify for these services, your home address must be 35 miles or more from the office where you will be working. Benefits include a lump sum (grossed up to offset tax liability) and access to a relocation counselor to explain the resources available to you and aid securing short-term housing.

Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree with a technical emphasis.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Able to complete full 12-week internship working 40 hours per week.
  • Geographic flexibility and willingness to partake in the intern matching process as part of our internship program.
  • Proven strength in analysis and creative problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of at least two years of university coursework.
  • Previous internship/co-op experience.
  • Previous leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom.
