Job Opportunity

SICK, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and marketing, working closely with our industry team leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing campaigns to promote SICK's products and services.
  • Partner with industry team leaders to gain knowledge and experience in business development and marketing.
  • Work on a chosen project with the assistance of a manager, mentor, and team.
  • Actively seek out information to learn about SICK's operations, products, and departments.
  • Interface with other departments and interns to gain knowledge and understanding of the business.
  • Complete a final presentation at the close of the internship outlining the project(s) and knowledge gained.
  • Provide feedback on the internship experience at the close of the internship.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited university/college program, preferably in a technology or business field.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Data and trend analysis experience is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
