About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and execution of construction projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure construction meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and issues with internal team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, budget, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of construction experience with a general contractor required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Applicable project management software proficiency, thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character.
