SUMMARY: WR Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assess project needs and devise risk management strategies with limited oversight from the program manager or a senior project manager.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Oversee and regulate project timelines, quality assurance, and risk management.

· Establish both long-term and short-term project goals.

· Provide support to seasoned project managers.

· Assist in the negotiation of delivery orders and contract modifications.

· Suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize expenses.

· Support related proposal data requests.

· Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.

· Organize and facilitate meetings with clients.

· Manage project resources effectively.

· Address inquiries related to the project.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a relevant technical field is preferred.

· A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, including projects with moderate risk elements.

· Preferred:

o Experience in systems engineering or software engineering.

o Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.

o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
