Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lender to join our team at GPAC. As a Commercial Lender, you will be responsible for identifying and cross-selling a wide range of commercial banking services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Commercial Loans: Develop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayment and maintaining a strong credit risk assessment.
  • Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and develop a proactive sales and business development plan to drive growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor loan portfolio and loan repayment activities, taking necessary action to collect from past-due accounts and maintain a healthy loan-to-value ratio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years minimum experience in an active commercial lending or credit analyst role, with a proven track record in business development at a bank or firm.
  • Skills: Strong business development and credit risk assessment skills, with knowledge of bank regulations regarding lending and debt collection.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
