Customer Service Account Specialist

Job Summary
Hubbell is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical and commercial requirements, supporting field sales and customers, and resolving Accounts Receivable issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical and commercial requirements to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Support field sales and customers regarding product needs and applications.
- Research and resolve Accounts Receivable issues to ensure timely payment.
- Manage a territory or set of accounts to provide outstanding service and identify growth opportunities.
- Review quotation requests, secure competitive feedback, and submit quotation requests to Business Units.
- Organize and review all bids with special commercial bid requirements.
- Issue finalized quotations to customers, including commercial and technical requirements.
- Discuss important quotations, purchase orders, and transactions with Customer Service Manager, Territory Manager, and Regional VP of Sales.
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, warranty replacements, and discrepancies.
- Resolve credit and accounts receivable issues.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business- or Marketing-related fields preferred.
- 2-4 years customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to travel on business-related trips.
- Ability to communicate effectively in telephone, electronic, and face-to-face interactions.
