Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a strategic leader responsible for driving the overall success of the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in all areas of the organization.
  • Lead and manage the executive leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and funders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective financial management systems, ensuring the organization's financial stability and sustainability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of high-quality programs and services, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring the organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a CEO, Executive Director, or industry leader in a nonprofit, foundation, government, or industry enterprise.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, leadership, and financial management.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on innovation, growth, and excellence.
Benefits
