About the Role:
Axiom is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's insurance products comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate contracts related to insurance products offerings or reinsurance contracts.
- Provide legal advice on insurance regulatory and compliance issues for commercial lines business units.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to ensure compliance with insurance law.
- Review and design documents for insurance products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance product related matters.
- Experience in advising on insurance product development and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws regarding insurance products.
- Experience in reviewing reinsurance documents is a plus.
