About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your Store Manager by driving sales and profit, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining smooth store operations, and ensuring commercial viability.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales and profit by achieving retail store targets
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service experience
  3. Manage store operations efficiently
  4. Maintain commercially viable store displays
  5. Assist in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development
  6. Participate in ear piercing services after receiving full training
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of retail management experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
  • The ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve
  • The ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 based on relevant work experience, education, and location. Compensation will be determined by various factors such as certifications, skills, and geographic location.
