We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and process mortgage loans for customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan applications.
- Meet with customers to discuss their mortgage needs and provide guidance on loan options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Four-year college degree (preferred).
- At least three years of loan originating experience.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- NMLS License required in Texas.

Physical and Office/Site Presence RequirementsThis role requires regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites and other locations, is essential. The role also requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
