Job Description

Harc Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Medical Liaison. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

About the Job:

  • Work collaboratively with the Program RN and DON to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and quality of life.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for support staff on areas such as medication administration, nutrition by G/tube, universal precautions, and medication precautions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut LPN license and graduation from an accredited LPN school.
  • One year's experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
