Primary Care Nurse Specialist

This dynamic opportunity is a great fit for skilled Registered Nurses seeking a challenging role in Home Health. About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned Primary Care Nurse to join our team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccinations to homebound patients and conduct assessments to manage care plans.
- Travel approximately 300 miles per week to visit patients in their homes.
Requirements:
- RN licensure in both Washington and Oregon states is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also necessary.
- Covid vaccination card is mandatory.
- Experience in home health or primary care is preferred but not essential.
