Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for hemodialysis nursing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Administer medications and perform laboratory tests as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians or charge nurses
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- BLS certification required
