Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to provide support and management for the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The successful candidate will assist and provide guidance to teachers and other staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, as well as assist and support Teachers/programs with both classroom management and educational activities under direct supervision of the BCBA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and management for the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
  • Assist and provide guidance to teachers and other staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Assist and support Teachers/programs with both classroom management and educational activities under direct supervision of the BCBA.
  • Monitor and record data related to behavioral concerns to assess/monitor the progress of the student.
  • Maintain appropriate records and student data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Behavior Technician.
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
Work Environment:

This is a registry position with our company, and the successful candidate will be working with Special Education students in a school district in Hemet, CA. The position may require split AM and PM shifts, with split shift hours starting as early as 5 am and ending as late as 7 pm.
