About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to meet the needs of individuals served
- Provide ongoing communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding individual status and progress
- Develop and implement treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patient expectations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and other pertinent meetings to ensure all team members are aware of individual progress
- Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes and attend meetings to discuss individual progress
- Conduct training and in-service training as needed to ensure staff and other team members are competent in implementing treatment plans
Qualifications
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Continuing education training in behavior supports
