Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through relationship building and community events
  • Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
  • Build a network of referral partners to engage prospective customers
  • Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups
  • Sell Spectrum's superior products at an exceptional value to customers
  • Meet sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone, and video sales

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to learn about Spectrum's products and comfortable having sales conversations about technology
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude, and resilient
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
  • Experience in door-to-door sales
