Key Responsibilities:
Client Guidance and Support:
  • Establish yourself as a reliable consultant for your clients, fostering relationships with project leaders and stakeholders.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including executive-level personnel, across multiple departments such as communications, marketing, human resources, and more.
  • Assist in formulating the "success strategy" for projects, commencing from solution deployment and continuing throughout the project's duration.
  • Facilitate "Client Success" training sessions and workshops.
  • Proactively oversee the project on a monthly basis, sharing best practices and insights with your clients.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients, ensuring the renewal of their agreements.
  • Within this client portfolio, you will actively pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, including identification, negotiation, and contract finalization, thereby boosting the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Project Oversight:
  • Manage the project's launch schedule, ensuring timely execution.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams during the implementation phase.
  • Supervise the project in its operational phase to ensure the achievement of the client's objectives.
  • Advocate for your clients with the Product Team to drive the development of new features.

Contribution:
Participate in the advancement of cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving the internal structure of the Client Success Team at Sociabble.
