Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the integrity of our properties. This role involves guiding the team in performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing maintenance needs, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional demeanor
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• EPA HVAC certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
