About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Orthodontics Patient Coordinator to join our team at Great Expressions Dental Centers. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Manage patient records accurately and efficiently, including scheduling appointments and updating patient information.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and third-party stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Process insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers for billing inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of dental office experience, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Proven experience in using dental practice management software and general office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
