Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with TPM to manage the activities of workers accountable for preserving site facility building and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
- Identify and estimate needs for cleaning, repair, and preventive maintenance of buildings and building equipment.
- Arrange for and direct operation of main lobby, Receptionists/Switchboard Operators, voicemail system, and other telephone services.
- Manage environmental safety at the site, including coordinating use of experts as needed and ensuring regular environmental safety training.
- Lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) team in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Hire and retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- BS degree or combination of appropriate education and experience.
- 9 years of related work experience.
- Broad knowledge of the facilities maintenance field with significant expertise in one or more of the following specialties: electrical maintenance, plumbing, gas, pumps, heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), millwright, and pipefitting.
