Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant Health. This full-time position will involve working with elementary students, including some PreK caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 Speech and Language Therapy Sessions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and document data on student progress
  • Support students in developing communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language comprehension
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
