Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Columbus Speech & Hearing. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload, providing services to clients, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a clinical caseload for assigned clients, including completing screenings, evaluations, treatment, and consultative recommendations.
  • Provide services at our clinic, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Work with the Director of Clinical Services to determine a work schedule that meets the needs of the organization.
  • Create and meet annual goals as part of the performance review process.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in speech/language pathology.
  • Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Hold or be actively acquiring a license in speech pathology from the State of Ohio.
  • Meet the health standards of the Ohio Department of Health, if required for specific clinical assignments.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit on the floor to interact with young children for extended periods.
  • Ability to move efficiently and quickly from one position to another.
