Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Financial & Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating team and client meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client and team inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room setup, and catering.
  • Assist with new business development by providing research information and preparing materials.
  • Proofread and edit documents, maintaining records of supporting reference materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external vendors, including copy centers, design teams, and video production services.
  • Create and maintain media lists, conduct media searches, and analyze results.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports and conference/meeting status reports.
  • Monitor media coverage, summarize, and analyze results.
  • Research and identify upcoming events that may impact clients.
  • Track event attendance and publications by key influencers.
  • Maintain client and team files, including contact sheets and relevant trade publications.
  • Manage billing procedures, including maintaining billing, invoices, and job numbers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of post-undergraduate experience in a public relations agency or a similar position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring three days of in-office work per week.
