Essential Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent

This position operates on the second shift, with the following hours:
- Non-overtime days: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Overtime days: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Overtime is determined based on business needs, and associates will be informed in advance.
CompensationThe pay rate is competitive, with a maximum rate of $30.80, and a base pay rate of $22.00.
Role SummaryThe Manufacturing Associate III will engage in various tasks related to product assembly and development, including:
- Soldering electronic components on circuit boards
- Performing mechanical assembly tasks
- Conducting basic testing and documenting results
- Packaging and shipping products
- Follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions for tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Execute manufacturing and assembly operations on production lines
- Meet daily production targets
- Participate in quality control inspections as needed
- Assist in the decontamination area with returned products
- Collaborate with team leads and management to enhance quality and efficiency
- Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality policies
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with through-hole and surface mount soldering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
