Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery, set tables, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and no related work experience. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $31.25 per hour, plus benefits such as health care, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
