Job Overview

BrightPath Kids USA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Lead Teacher and Mentor. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, while also contributing to the development of our centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Mentor and support Teachers and Assistant Teachers in their professional development, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, aligned with NAEYC standards and tailored to meet the needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with families to create personalized plans, ensuring the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Provide effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or EEC State of MA Teacher certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care facility, with a strong background in customer service and multitasking.
  • Able to work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria for child care employment.
