Job Overview

BrightPath Kids USA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Assistant Teacher to join our team at our Braintree, MA location.

This is a full-time, part-time, or seasonal opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of children in our care, adhering to NAEYC guidelines.
  • Assist teachers with instruction and activities in the classroom.
  • Contribute to a warm and safe environment, maintaining cleanliness and encouraging children to explore and grow.
  • Interact with children to promote their involvement in activities and provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
