Strategic Customer Retention Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our early life customer retention efforts. As the Vice President of Customer Retention, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer data to identify at-risk customers and develop targeted retention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement retention programs, including offers, terms, and product changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including account management and customer service teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven success in developing and implementing customer retention strategies in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with experience in MS Excel and Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Industry Experience:
We are open to candidates from various industries, including B2B services, software, HCM/payroll, banking, pharma, telecom, supply chain, and retail.
