We are looking for an On-Site Call Center Representative to serve as the liaison between our company and its current debtors, customers, and agents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while maintaining customer satisfaction as the core of every decision and behavior.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships with clients and agents
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

This is a non-remote position, and our facility is located in a historic downtown area. We prioritize employee safety and operate under strict COVID-19 guidelines.
