Position Overview
This role places a significant focus on delivering outstanding customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities include ensuring effective patient scheduling, maintaining positive telephone communication, and achieving customer satisfaction in alignment with the mission of Cooper University Hospital.

Act as the primary contact for all incoming patients. Responsibilities include greeting, registering, scheduling appointments, collecting point-of-service copays, and providing general information to patients and their families using the AIDET framework. Candidates must demonstrate organizational skills, the ability to take initiative, and embody Cooper's values in interactions with both customers and colleagues. This position also involves serving as the patient's non-clinical guide during discharge coordination.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Basic understanding of shipping and receiving, management principles, and personnel management is beneficial.
Education Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
