Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees in the U.S using ADP software.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll, including base pay, taxes, benefits, and research/reconcile payroll taxes from prior periods.
  • Assist with missed punches, timesheet audits, and new hire orientations.
  • Review and approve non-exempt employee timesheets, calculate shift differentials and overtime pay, and process direct deposits, wage garnishments, and vacation accruals.
  • Stay up-to-date with IRS regulations, state taxes, wage and hour laws, and local tax requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Scale payroll processes, implement policy changes, and optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate benefits enrollments in HRIS and perform quality checks on benefits-related data.
  • Respond to benefits inquiries, process leave-of-absence requests, and administer 401(k) plans.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
