  • Provide complimentary property damage assessments.

  • Implement trained processes with accuracy.
  • Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and leverage it for referral business.
Qualifications:
  • No prior roofing or construction experience required; we believe in your potential.
  • Strong time management and communication abilities.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.
  • Willingness to learn CRM software and sales metrics.
  • Sales experience is advantageous; enthusiasm is our priority.
  • Ability to engage with 50+ prospects daily, 5 days a week.
  • Proficiency with provided technology and software.
Rewards and Incentives:
  • 100% Commission - $250 per scheduled appointment with a signed agreement.
  • Realistic First-Year Earnings Range: $50,000 - $80,000.
  • Realistic Second-Year Earnings Range: $80,000 - $125,000.
  • Exciting incentive program including a chance to earn an annual trip for top performers.
Top-Notch Training:

Candidates interested in earning the $500 weekly training pay must meet the following requirements through the pay period:
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 outreach efforts over 4 days each week.
  • Attend mandatory team meetings held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Dedicate 5 hours weekly to training materials.
*During training, you'll have the opportunity to earn commission as well.

  • Experienced Sales Support Managers can fast-track to our Sales Manager role.
