**About the Role**
VirtualVocations is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Insights Director to lead and develop a team of Insights associates. As a key member of our organization, you will partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and develop a team of Insights associates to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with customers to set objectives and develop strategies that drive business impact
* Conduct issue-based analyses with clear insights and actionable recommendations
**Required Qualifications**
* College/University Undergraduate or Master's Degree
* 7+ years of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods
* Strong analytics & insights experience, including revenue management and forecasting
* Prior experience with NielsenIQ data and applications
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools is a plus
