Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
• Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions, documenting patient progress and outcomes.
• Effectively manage complex patient situations, making sound clinical decisions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, care needs, and wellness strategies.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by other nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development of healthcare team members.

Requirements:

• Current NJ RN License, with a commitment to maintaining licensure in accordance with the State of New Jersey licensing board.
• Strong knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, and current nursing standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts with a multidisciplinary care team.
