Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating supplies and equipment for surgery, transporting specimens, and assisting in patient transfer to a stretcher under nursing supervision. You will also maintain room stock and par levels, as well as restock and maintain room par levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience or CSS training, knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control standards, hospital practice, procedure, and policies, and core technologist competency. You will also need a High School or Graduate Equivalent Diploma and CPR (BLS) certification.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
