Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.


  • You will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, and monitor therapeutic interventions.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing rapidly changing situations, collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and participating in performance improvement activities.

To excel in this role, you will need a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and a valid RN license in New Jersey.


Strong communication skills, knowledge of nursing best practices, and the ability to coordinate efforts of a care team are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Professional - Patient Care Specialist, your primary duties will include:
