We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality desserts and pastries that exceed our guests' expectations.

  1. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
  2. Measurement and mixture of ingredients according to recipe is crucial in your role.
  3. You will be responsible for decorating mousse cakes, glazing, sponges, preparing and decorating cakes and tarts.
  4. You will assist in planning and execution of the dessert menu and cakes.
  5. Testing and tasting of recipes together with Executive Chef is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure to manage high volumes of production. You should also be able to lift up to 30lbs and be physically fit for the demands of the job.
