We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an Ambulatory Specialty setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an Ambulatory Specialty setting, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing Schmitt-Thompson office Hour Epic Driven triage protocols, to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting open communication and empathy.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, enhance quality of care, and advance clinical excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Women's Health or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
