Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an Ambulatory Specialty setting, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing Schmitt-Thompson office Hour Epic Driven triage protocols, to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting open communication and empathy.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, enhance quality of care, and advance clinical excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Women's Health or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
