Overview

At Novant Health, we are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Specialty Nurse to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hematology and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

As an Ambulatory Specialty Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal health outcomes. You will also be expected to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current RN licensure in the appropriate state, as well as a strong foundation in hematology and ambulatory care. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and prior experience in a similar setting is a plus. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
