Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Novant Health Dilworth Pediatrics in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients in an ambulatory setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and compassion to provide patient-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • One year of relevant experience in an ambulatory setting, preferred.
  • ACLS, PALS, BAT, and DOT certifications, preferred.
