Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including preparing accurate documents and reports, maintaining databases, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of OSHA safety standards, Company safety protocols and policies, and federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate documents and reports, including work orders, completion notices, and sketches
  • Maintain database related to statistical data regarding the operation of the transmission and distribution system
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Record pertinent data and maintain accurate and complete records
  • Prepare correspondence to customers, contractors, and vendors
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Company safety protocols and policies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy
