About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Registered NICU Transport Flight Nurse, where you will play a vital role in providing advanced life support for critically ill/injured patients at the scene and during transport.

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the scene of an accident, assess patient needs, and provide advanced life support and/or emergency care as needed before and during transport.
  • Respond to calls via flight, determine appropriate mode of transport, and assist with locating and establishing a landing zone for the aircraft.
  • Perform patient assessment and triage, contact receiving medical personnel, and report observations and follow directives.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) or BLS Provider obtained within the specified timeframe.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • Minimum 3 years ED or ICU experience, required for CAMTS accreditation.
Compensation Package

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
