Level III NICU Management

We are seeking an accomplished NICU Director Level III RN to lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing neonatal medicine.
About the PositionThis critical leadership role demands a unique blend of clinical expertise, advanced leadership skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to critically ill newborns.
Responsibilities- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, lead a team of healthcare professionals, and maintain the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop Evidence-Based Protocols: Create policies and procedures for patient assessment, treatment, and discharge, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Monitor Patient Outcomes: Analyze patient care data and develop strategies for quality improvement, enhancing patient outcomes and overall unit performance.
- Clinical Expertise: Current RN licensure in the state of Texas, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred, minimum of 5 years' experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
- Leadership Experience: Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting, certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) or equivalent.
$140,000 - $170,000 per year, dependent on experience.
