Key Responsibilities:- Agile Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to agile teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
- Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and increase efficiency.

- Project Management: Manage digital transformation projects effectively, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Jira Expertise: Utilize Jira to effectively manage project workflows, track progress, and facilitate collaboration.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.
- Financial Services: Experience working in the financial services industry, preferably with credit unions or banks.

- Digital or Member Facing Experience: Experience working on digital initiatives or directly with members.
- PI Planning Expertise: Deep understanding of Program Increment Planning (PI Planning) and its implementation.
