About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. UX Designer to join our team at TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions
  • Develop user-centered designs that balance customer feedback, personas, user research, technical constraints, and business needs
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to various stakeholders
  • Deploy a range of design practices to efficiently create designs
  • Leverage proven patterns to enhance and optimize products
  • Design accessible features
  • Collaborate with Senior UX Designers to contribute to product strategy and roadmap
  • Facilitate workshops and contribute to user story evolution
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends
What You'll Work On

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Optimizing our digital booking experience based on customer research and data
  • Enhancing our property website capabilities to meet business and user needs
  • Other projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Highly preferred experience in e-commerce or travel industry
  • Ability to work closely with product managers, software engineers, QA, UI designers, and content designers
  • Availability to work Central time zone hours (for West Coast candidates)
